Year round the variety of species in our waters provide us with some of the country’s most successful fishing excursions. St Francis Safaris offer customers a fishing experience geared to suit all levels of ability. Owner Tim Christy is a Protea fisherman and record holder in many categories he has fished these waters for over 30 years and has his finger on the pulse. His knowledge of the region’s best fishing spots/marks, consistent upgrading of equipment and adaption of latest techniques has proven to lure customers and celebrities such as Robson Green back year after year.

We Supply:-Fully qualified experienced Skipper, Deckhand if required, Good quality Tackle, A variety of proven lures, Good quality and plentiful Bait
Please Bring:-Food and Drinks, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and a jacket for cooler conditions & something to carry your catch home in.
Age Restriction:- No Age restriction: Children under 10 years to have adult supervision.
Fishing Techniques:-A mixture of Trawling and bottom fishing.
Species Targeted:-Yellow tail, Garrick (Cape Salmon), Shad, Little Eastern Tuna, Sarda, Sarda, Cob, Red & Black Steenbras, Red Snapper, Miss Lucy, Red Roman, Carpenter and many more including many Shark species (Sharks caught are all released)
Charters are taken on one of our big, clean, sturdy Cat, walk-around vessels.

We require a 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking.
The deposit is fully refundable should the trip be cancelled due to bad weather or unsuitable conditions or if cancelation is made 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip.
